To use all the paid services of eAdvice, you would need to Register on the top right hand side. This is a no commitment registration to utilise the services offered by eAdvice. In order to provide a quality confidential service, proffessional content pages are reserved for registered users. These pages contain information we do not share with casual web surfers.
Once you have completed the registration form and filled in all compulsory information, you will receive an activation email. Please click on the link you receive in the email, or copy the URL to your browser. Once you have confirmed the registration, you can log into the site and enjoy the benefits eAdvice offers you in the comfort of your own environment.

Once login you will see in the right column, a private email section. You can only send mail to support address, and can not send mail to any other user or view any other user's email. This will form the private communication between you and the Adviser.

The first time you utilize a particular category of service, you need to purchase the “First Encounter” in the particular category.
Follow-up encounters for the same category can be purchased in the following units:
1 single additional encounter
3 additional encounters
5 additional encounters
After the selection of the relevant options that best describe and suite your needs, tick the acceptance of “Terms Of Service”. Then select the option to pay.
You will be taken to the confirmation screen, where after you will be taken to the PayFast secure payments option screen where you will have the following payment options:
- EFT
- Credit Card Payment
- UCASH Payment
- PayFast Voucher (Currently not available)
For your own safety and security, you would need to register an account with Payfast. Once the account is activated you could continue with the payment for the service. PayFast will notify you, send you an email invoice with the successful payment. Once you have completed the payment options, you will see a Payment Successful screen.
You are now ready to start your first session to be sent to the adviser.
You can also pre-register with PayFast or you can utilise 3D Secure. We are very happy to announce that 3D Secure has been implemented on PayFast increasing security and reducing the risk of fraud.
This can be done through the Private mail option.
